CAR ACCIDENT: Tulare County Car Accident Claims One Victim

Tulare County - A 27-year-old male driver has died after his vehicle plunged into the water near Alpaugh, said California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers.
According to reports, the man was moving north along Highway 43 north of Avenue 56 when his 2006 Ford Fusion suddenly drifted off the side of the road, causing him to overreact.
The driver then lost control of his vehicle, which spun out and rolled over into a drainage ditch. Police said the vehicle was submerged in around four feet of water.
He was pulled out from the car by other road users and was rushed to Delano Medical Center, where he was announced dead. His identity has not yet been released by the authorities due to pending family notification.
