CAR ACCIDENT: Teenager Struck, Killed while Walking toward a Car in Antelope Valley Freeway

Los Angeles - A teenager died after striding into the direction of a car in northbound Antelope Valley Freeway on Sunday.
Samantha Rocha Dyer was seen standing on northbound 14 Freeway when a 2007 Mazda Sedan hit her. The car was traveling in a 65 mph zone at 12:40 a.m. The 15-year-old girl was pronounced dead at the accident scene, according to Los Angeles police reports.
Witnesses commented that the teenager was walking along the right shoulder and has stepped in front of the car when the accident occurred.
Marc Zuber, the car driver, stopped and remained at the scene until the California Highway Patrol officers arrived.
Authorities are still investigating the details on the car accident.
