CAR ACCIDENT: Suspected Drunken Driver Hits Power Pole, Sustains Major Injuries

Porterville - A suspected drunken driver has been seriously injured after his car hit a power pole along Westfield Avenue, said reports.
The driver Ricky Dale Wiggington, 47, was traveling eastbound near Villa Street when his 2005 Toyota drifted towards the south shoulder. It then hit a power and stopped on a private property.
According to reports, the vehicle was completely damaged as a result of the incident.
Wiggninton had difficulty breathing and complained of back and neck pain. He was arrested then airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno to receive immediate medical treatment for his injuries.
The driver is now under a stable condition, said reports.
