CAR COLLISION: SoCal Pursuit Ends in 2-Car Crash

Covina - An unidentified male driver was arrested late Monday night after leading police officials to a 45-minute pursuit, which ended in a collision with another car in San Gabriel Valley.
According to Pasadena police, their officers were trying to stop a Volkswagen sedan for a traffic violation when the driver drove away. Police was in pursuit of the sedan for around 45 minutes through several cities, until it crashed into another vehicle in Covina.
The male driver of the sedan, as well as the female driver of the other car, suffered moderate injuries and was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Pasadena police Lt. Thomas Delgado said the driver struggled with police officers while being transported to the hospital. He will be under guard until he is released.
