CAR ACCIDENT: Rider Injured after LA Car-Motorcycle Crash

Los Angeles- A rider was injured after his motorcycle was struck by a car at De Soto Avenue on Thursday at 11:20 a.m.
According to Los Angeles police reports, a rider was approaching the intersection of De Soto Avenue and Tulsa Street when a car hit his motorcycle. Paramedics arrived and transported the cyclist to a local hospital.
Details on the medical condition of the car driver are unavailable.
Police officers closed the De Soto Avenue intersection for investigation. Traffic operations at Chatsworth and Rinaldi Streets were also suspended. Authorities reopened the streets after a few hours.
