Police Await Dental Records of Car Accident Victim

Thousand Oaks - The police are waiting for the dental records to confirm the identity of the driver who died in a car accident in Thousand Oaks the other day.
The police believed the victim to be Corby Hawks, 32 years old, who was previously residing in New York Investigators said the man was driving his car which suddenly hit a tree and caught fire. His left foot was stuck in the car parts that were damaged from the accident.
The firemen were able to quickly stop the fire that envelope the car. He died from smoke inhalation and carbon monoxide. The cause of the car accident is still under investigation.
