CAR ACCIDENT: Former Cerritos College Athletes Killed in Single Car Crash

Los Angeles- Two ex-players from Cerritos College died and a teammate was injured after a car accident near Utah-Colorado border on Saturday.
According to reports, Carlos Ornellas and Eddie Valencia were killed after their car crashed in Utah. Briant Reyes, 21, suffered minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
Authorities are still investigating the details on the cause of accident.
Reports said Valencia and Reyes were scheduled to start their classes on August 23 at Kansas Wesleyan University, where both received scholarship.
Cerritos College Coach Benny Artiaga commented that Ornellas and Valencia had been good athletes and students. The rest of the alumni expressed their sorrows for the accident.
The three soccer players had played for the Falcons for two seasons, reports said.
