VEHICLE COLLISION: Driver killed, 2 others injured after head-on collision near Aromas

Aromas, California – One driver was killed and two others were injured early Thursday after a head-on car crash near Aromas, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) said.
According to witnesses, a Toyota Camry was swerving down San Juan Road near San Miguel Canyon Road at about 7:47 a.m. when it collided with a Chevrolet Silverado truck.
The driver of the Toyota, who was identified as Gregory Robert Arnold was killed on the spot. The truck’s driver and a passenger of the Toyota both suffered serious injuries and were brought to the hospital for treatment.
The CHP temporarily closed San Juan Road between upper Murphy and San Miguel Roads while the authorities investigated the scene and cleared the area.
