CAR ACCIDENT: Driver Dies in Tulare County Solo Car Accident

Tulare County - A 24-year-old male driver has died after he crashed into a tree along Highway 99, said California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers.
According to reports, the man was moving south near Avenue 76 when his 2000 Volkswagen Jetta headed towards the center median, suddenly swerved back across the southbound lanes, and struck the tree at around 9:20 pm.
The driver was ejected from his car due to the impact. Reports said he died at the accident area.
Authorities said alcohol may have been involved in the fatal accident.
