Car Crash: DUI Crash Injured Motorist in Deer Springs
July 22, 2010
Deer Springs – A collision that was apparently caused by driving under the influence of alcohol has seriously injured a driver along North County freeway early Thursday morning, the California Highway Patrol said.
Reports show that a sedan collided with a tractor-trailer car carrier along the southbound lanes of Interstate 15 at about 2:30 am.
Authorities believed that alcohol was a factor in the crash. It was not clear which of the two drivers involved was intoxicated and who was injured in the crash.
